1977-1987 Studied at Secondary school №38 by Belinski

1987-1989 Studied at Altai State Medical Institute (Barnaul, Russia)

1989-1993 Continued medical education in Yerevan State Мedical Institute.

1993-1994 Resident in General Surgery at Mikaelyan Surgery Institute

2003, 2004 – fellowship in Paris, Beaujon hospital, at the department of general and

digestive surgery (liver and pancreatic surgery, liver transplantations; chief of department

prof. J.Belghiti).

2007 – general surgery & liver transplantation seminar in Egypt

2008, 2011 – Trained in out-patient treatment of hemorrhoids and anal fissure in

St.Petersburg, Moscow.

From 2008 CME in the WeBSurg’s World Virtual University

2013 Basic course in GCP (Good Clinical Practice)

 

Work experience

1990 – 1993 worked in Mikaelyan Surgery Institute as medical assistant

1994 joined to Mikaelyan Surgery Institute as surgeon

1994-1996 Military service – Head of brigade medical service

1997-2008 Worked in Mikaelyan Surgery Institute, department of emergency surgery and

laparoscopy.

2008-2010 Worked as proctologist in On Clinic Ani.

2010-2012 Chief of out-patient proctology service in St.Mary’s Healthcare Network.

2012-till now working in Elit-Med Medical center as general surgeon, proctologist.
